Presentation

Typographic designer and typeface developer. Graduate in Graphic Design from the Escuela Superior de Diseño de Madrid. Master’s degree in Advanced Typography from EINA University Centre for Design and Art in Barcelona and a Master’s degree in Type and Media from the KABK at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in The Hague, the Netherlands.

She worked as a type designer and font developer for the London-based type foundry Dalton Maag, and as a type designer and head of the typography department at the Barcelona-based packaging studio Seriesnemo, creating logos, custom typefaces and lettering pieces, and providing typographic advice to the various teams. She has also worked as a freelance type designer and font developer on various projects with clients and type foundries around the world. She was involved in organising and founding the monthly typography event TypeThursday Barcelona and has helped organise several international conferences and events in the field of typography.

She teaches the Advanced Typography module on the Master’s in Graphic Design programme.
