More than 60 ESNE students travel to Bilbao to attend Selected Inspiration
On 24 and 25 November the Selected Bilbao-Bizkaia event was held in Bilbao, a forum for sharing ideas, contributing to collective creativity, keeping up to date with the latest trends... in short, a place of visual inspiration for all creative design disciplines.
A group of 60 students from the degrees in Multimedia and Graphic Design and Audiovisual Design and Illustrationtravelled to the Biscayan capital, where the students were able to take part in various activities, such as lectures and a visit to thedesign and contemporary culture centre Alhóndiga Bilbao Azkuna Zentroa, where they were able to see the exhibitions Shifter (Blanca Ortega) and Somewhere from Here to Heaven (VV. AA.); and the now iconic Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao.
The afternoon of Friday 25th was closed on the site of the Selected event, which closed with the prize-giving ceremony for the "Stone and Wood" design competition. A ceremony in whichthe students Marta Villa González and Borja Gomendio, students of Degree in Multimedia and Graphic Design at ESNE, were finalists; Marta with her poster design work to celebrate the "World Braille Day", and Borja with his proposals, "Art Dekó" and "Color the Sea".
