EGGS Masterclass by Sopra Steria - Designing change: The cultural evolution of the team throughout its history.

On 7 June, the Multipurpose Space (Calle Colombia building) of the Design and Creative Industries Campus of UDIT, University of Design, Innovation and Technology, was visited by Claudia Álvarez, Services Designer at EGGS | part of Sopra Steria and María Pastor: Deputy Director at EGGS | part of Sopra Steria.

In this session, organised by the Official Master's Degree in User Experience, Claudia Álvarez and María Pastor talked about the evolution and growth of the design team over the years, as well as their integration into EGGS | part of Sopra Steria.

They also explained the cultural transformation process in which they are immersed, how they are applying the methodologies of the design process to improve the organisation of the team, promote the development of our designers and face a constantly changing environment and customer needs.
