Study the Official Master in Fashion Marketing and Communication at UDIT

The Official Master's Degree in Fashion Marketing and Communication at UDIT is a professionalising programme designed for you to develop a strategic, creative and versatile profile, prepared to manage comprehensive fashion projects.

You will work with an applied methodology: results-oriented projects and deliveries, team dynamics and continuous feedback from working professionals. All this in UDIT's specialised fashion ecosystem, with industry-specific resources and technology - including reference software such as CLO 3D and SEDDI - to connect what you learn with how people work outside the industry.

You will learn to plan and implement multichannel campaigns in physical and digital environments, build and manage brands, and design visual communication proposals with criteria, reinforcing critical thinking and the ability to adapt in creative and multidisciplinary environments.

Throughout the master's degree, you will consolidate a complete vision of the fashion system: its business structure, its markets and the cultural, economic and social dynamics that shape it.

What is the recommended student profile?

This master's degree is designed for people with a background in marketing, communication, advertising or creative disciplines who want to take a step forward in their career and specialise in the world of fashion. Profiles with professional ambition and a desire to work from a more strategic, visual position, connected to the pulse of the sector.

Whether you come from the world of fashion or your experience is in other areas, you will find a deep and updated specialisation at the level demanded by the market.

ACCESS AND TRAINING COMPLEMENTS

If your original training is not specifically in marketing/communication -for example, Business Administration, Economics, Tourism, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Sociology, Humanities or Law-, or if you come from Fashion Design with no previous background in marketing/communication, you will be able to gain access by taking the leveling complements:

  • Fundamentals of Fashion Marketing (6 ECTS).
  • Fundamentals of Fashion Communication (6 ECTS).

They are taken in virtual format, before the start or during the first semester, depending on your access profile.

What will it bring you?

You will learn to design integrated campaigns from scratch, to build narratives with identity and to measure their real impact. You will also know how to build and position brands with purpose, mastering methodologies to work with influencers, plan strategic collaborations and manage communication in physical and digital environments from a perspective that combines business, aesthetics and message.

You will also consolidate asolidvisual language and develop projects where art direction, editorial styling and visual narrative are key to generating value and differentiating your work in the market.

You will train in an environment surrounded by classmates, professors and experts in the sector who will provide you with an up-to-date and critical view of new formats, channels and communication trends.

In addition, you will participate in real briefings, collaborations with brands and exercises that will allow you to build a solid, competitive and representative portfolio of your strategic capacity, with criteria of ethics, sustainability and brand narrative.

Why UDIT?

Syllabus

TheMaster's Degree in Fashion Marketing and Communication is divided into 60 ECTS credits and lastsone year. It is designed for you to integratestrategy, creativity and fashion and learn how to build, position and communicate brands in physical and digital environments, with a complete vision of thefashion system .

USES THE MOST ADVANCED TOOLS

You will be trained by practising experts and with programmes already in use in the industry. From day one, you will work as you work in the professional world.

From planning and coordination (with Notion and Trello) to measurement and analytics (with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and Metricool), campaign activation (with Google Ads), social management (with Hootsuite), content creation and presentation (with Canva Pro) and brand listening (with Brandwatch).

Admission process

Admission requires you to meet the corresponding academic profile according to your previous degree and knowledge of the area. In addition, you will have a personal interview with the master's degree management, in which your background, motivation and professional goals will be assessed.

Once the interview has taken place and you have been informed of your admission to UDIT, make a registration reservation to guarantee your place for the next course. Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

  • Yes, you can take the course in Madrid (in Spanish or English). There is also an online mode for those who need more flexibility.

  • You will work with professional licences and platforms used in the industry, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, WGSN and Microsoft Copilot, and with planning and execution tools such as Notion, Trello, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Metricool, Google Ads, Hootsuite, Canva Pro and Brandwatch.

  • You will work with an applied approach: from briefings and challenges linked to the sector to creative proposals and action plans. The evaluation takes into account the entire process: analysis, strategic approach, creativity, execution and professional presentation.

  • External internships are optional and represent a real contact with the sector. The university accompanies you in the process of finding and managing the agreement, and you decide the focus (marketing, branding, communication, PR, digital, content, etc.).

  • Yes, the master's degree can be subsidised by FUNDAE. Check with the admissions team to confirm requirements and manage the process.
