Presentation of the book La pista de baile del liderazgo: 9 conversaciones para la Agilidad Empresarial (The dance floor of leadership: 9 conversations for Business Agility) by Ángel Díaz-Maroto

Next Tuesday 12 November at 19:00, the Auditorium of the Campus of Design and Creative Industries of UDIT, University of Design, Innovation and Technology, will receive the visit of the coach and entrepreneur Ángel Díaz-Maroto, to present his book La pista de baile del liderazgo: 9 conversaciones para la Agilidad Empresarial (The dance floor of leadership: 9 conversations for Business Agility).

In this session, in which José San Román, CTO of El Corte Inglés and responsible for writing the prologue, will also participate, Díaz-Maroto will present this book in which he reflects on how the real secret to achieving results in a company lies in the conversations that leaders generate, rather than in individual actions. Conceived as a "leadership dance", this book presents a strategy based on nine key conversations and four essential skills to strengthen leadership effectiveness and transform organisational culture. This methodology enables the company to adapt with agility to changes and challenges in its environment.
