The projects of eight students from the Degree in Multimedia and Graphic Design and one student from the Degree in Advertising and Branding at UDIT, University of Design, Innovation and Technology, have been recognised as finalists in the prestigious LAUS 2025 Awards.

Walk Away is the proposal of Leonor González, student of the Degree in Multimedia and Graphic Design, conceived and designed for social media and outdoor advertising, in order to reach a wide audience and generate reflection. It is a social graphic campaign that warns about mass deportation in the United States and questions current immigration policies. With a strong visual impact, it consists of three posters with intervened photographs that, maintaining the typography and the red colour of ILRC (Immigrant Legal Resource Center), modify the urban signage.

Meanwhile, Mónica González Martínez, Irene Pando, Almudena Redondo García and Antonio Sánchez Partida, students of the same degree, have worked on Durex+, a comprehensive advertising campaign that tackles myths and misinformation about sex. Through hard-hitting, attention-grabbing phrases, the campaign invites young people to freely search for truthful information on the Durex+ website. It offers accessible and engaging information, combating fake news and creating a safe space, free from prejudice.

The duo Luis Cházaro and Raquel Gago have also been selected, thanks to their project The Little Prince. This awareness-raising campaign for the Creu Roja de Catalunya is made up of 5 pieces, which question the negative adult mentality that the system encourages. The students of the Degree in Multimedia and Graphic Design have portrayed 5 toxic attitudes assumed in adult life, with the aim of generating a reconnection with the inner child as the starting point in the process of healing emotional wounds.

Claudia Buezas, also a student of this degree, was a finalist with her project Desapercebut. This campaign, promoted by the Catalan Health Service, aims to recognise and raise public awareness of invisible illnesses, those that have no obvious physical signs, such as fibromyalgia, lupus, chronic fatigue or mental disorders. To do this, the student has developed a series of posters designed as trompe l'oeil, so that they go unnoticed in the urban spaces in which they are placed, only standing out for a phrase, which captures the public's attention.

Finally, Green bRRRands is the project by Ángela Urcelay, a student of the Degree in Advertising and Brand Creation at UDIT, which has been selected as a finalist in these LAUS 2025 Awards. This graphic campaign for Vinted applies the three R's to fashion brands, highlighting the consequences of fast fashion and the benefits of sustainable consumption. It aims to encourage responsibility and promote the circular economy to extend the useful life of products and reduce waste.
