FEJUVES Spanish Esports Team, sponsored by UDIT, participates in the European Qualifiers

For the fifth consecutive year, the FEJUVES Spanish Esports Team, sponsored by UDIT, University of Design, Innovation and Technology, competes in the European Esports Qualifiers organised by the International Esports Federation (IESF).

An important challenge that comes after a 2024 full of successes, which they hope to repeat and improve from Thursday 22 May. The qualifying phase, in which Spain will compete in CS2 (male and female), Mobile Legend Bang Bang and PUBGMobile, will take place in online mode and can be followed through the Federation's Twitch channel.

The competition will kick off with the Spanish Men's Counter Strike (CS2) team, which is part of Group C and will have to face the teams of Sweden, Croatia, Slovakia and Switzerland, with the aim of finishing among the top 16 to secure their place in the finals. The Spanish CS2 team will be formed by Alejandro Fernández-Quejo Cano "Mopoz", Alejandro Masanet Candela "Alex", David Granado Bermudo "David1g" and Yeray Serrano Pérez "Joey", with Eloy Torregrosa Suárez "deLonge" as coach.

After that, it will be the turn of the Spanish CS2 Women's Team, formed by Laura Díaz Cheung "aHappyQueen", Anda María Lazar "Mirai", Sandra García García "sandrapov", Laia Miralles and Aidy García Cortés, with José Antonio Fernández Trujillo "Xvirt" as coach. On the 28th and 29th of June, they will play against Romania, Czech Republic, Iceland and Switzerland, with the aim of qualifying among the top 16 teams.

The Spanish Mobile Legends Bang Bang Team will be the third team to compete, facing Israel, Serbia, Albania and Lithuania on 3 and 5 June. The team will be composed of Daniel González Borrajo, Edgar Benedi "Eduardó", Iván Mogrovejo Contreras "ItsMoby", Marc Corchero Pérez and Joffre Stiven Sigcho Cevallos "Levi", with José Moreno Lucumi "BlackJack" as substitute.

Finally, the competition will close with the participation of the Spanish PUBGMobile Team, composed of Francisco Javier Miguelez Ramos "kpKA1A77", Luis Ángel Soto Valdés "NG_PAPI", Alan Mulet Crochet "AN5ms!" and Amir García Assaouri "ESP Blannk". On 11 and 12 June, the team will face Romania, Belarus, Germany, Montenegro, the Netherlands and Greece.

The Final Phase of the Europeans will be held in Pristina (Kosovo) from 9 to 13 July.
