Enrique Morillo (Madrid, 1994) completed his undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the Higher Technical School of Architecture of the Polytechnic University of Madrid, where he is currently working on his doctoral thesis. His work focuses on the transformations of design tools and, in particular, the relationships between image, representation and technology. At the same school, he has worked as a teaching assistant on the courses ‘Analysis of Architecture’ and ‘Architectural Projects’. In 2020, he founded the practice barea pizarro together with Alberto Ballesteros. Since 2021, he has been a regular contributor to the magazine Arquitectura Viva, amongst other media outlets. He currently combines his professional practice with editorial work, research and teaching.
