Enrique Villamuelas García (Madrid, 1995) is an architect who graduated from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM) and the University of Alicante (UA). He is currently working on his doctoral thesis on the socio-spatial impact and controversies surrounding artificial intelligence and how algorithmic transparency enables a rethinking of architecture. He is a pre-doctoral researcher at the University of Design, Innovation and Technology (UDIT) and the School of Architecture (ETSAM) at the UPM. Alongside this, he teaches the ‘Aural’ module on the Master’s in Architectural Communication (MaCA), exploring the intersections between space, territory and sound.
