Lola Marín Gallego

A final-year student on the Bachelor’s degree in Product Design at UDIT and an intern in the research department, where she has been actively involved for the past two years in the field of mycomaterials as part of the DESIRe group. During this time, she has supplemented her studies with various courses. She is currently working on her final-year project, which focuses on the application of mycelium in everyday products. In recent years, she has focused on applying post-humanist design methodologies to work with living organisms. Her research centres on exploring potential uses for the material and its acceptance by society through product design.
