UDIT's Master's Degree in Equality, Inclusion and Diversity offers an innovative academic response to the challenges of a changing and multifaceted society. Unlike other partial offers, this degree proposes a comprehensive and transversal approach to the three dimensions (equality, inclusion and diversity) conceived as interrelated and inseparable realities.

Under a multidisciplinary approach that crosses social sciences, education and law, you will be trained to understand and transform the mechanisms that perpetuate inequality and exclusion. You will learn to design and implement impact strategies based on intersectionality, analysing how factors such as gender, ethnicity, disability and social class intersect in current power dynamics.

This programme prepares you to be an agent of change capable of leading inclusive policies in public institutions, private companies and NGOs, always with an ethical commitment to human rights and social justice.

Admission requires you to meet the corresponding academic profile according to your previous degree and knowledge of the area. In addition, you will have a personal interview with the master's degree management, in which your background, motivation and professional goals will be assessed.

  • To access the programme, you must have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in one of the following areas:

    • Social Sciences: Social Education, Social Work, Sociology, Law, Political Science, Politics and Public Administration, Social and Cultural Anthropology, or Organisational Communication.
    • Educational Sciences: Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, Education (Infant, Primary, Musical, Physical, Special), Foreign Language, Hearing and Language, or Therapeutic Pedagogy.

  • Detailed schedules will be provided with events, deliverables and content sequences designed to help manage time efficiently and balance study with other responsibilities.

    Classes will be live, with the possibility to watch them on a recorded basis. The student's workload will be divided between theoretical classes with the teacher and individual or group work, always supported by dozens of interactive and multimedia resources created under didactic criteria.

    • Institutional management: Technician in equality and diversity in public or private institutions and consultant in social inclusion.
    • Specialised intervention: Expert in accompanying victims of gender-based violence and care for vulnerable groups (elderly, dependent or excluded people).
    • Research and communication: Researcher in applied social sciences and specialist in inclusive and transformative communication.
    • Social leadership: Responsible for cooperation projects, social action and agents of change in community contexts.
